How Do I Place An Order?

It is easier than ever to place your order online. Just click on the photo you like and a closer up version of the same photo will appear. Along with the photo you will see an "add to cart" button. Click on this button to add your desired piece to your shopping cart. You will not be charged for this item until you complete the order process and check out via an automatic link to Pay Pal. If you wish to continue shopping - your pieces will wait for you in the shopping cart. To view your selected items at anytime click the :cart/checkout button located at the far right of the site menu bar. If your selected item will not "add to cart" then it is possible that the item is sold out. You should receive a message saying that  "the total number of pieces available of this item has been met" Please select another item or contact customer service for further assistance (321-277-2972) or by email at jenn.fenton@jennfenton.com

 

If your order requires you to provide us with a photograph or detailed information - please just go ahead and select your desired piece and complete your purchase via the website and send any extra information and photographs in a separate email to jenn.fenton@jennfenton.com  All photos need to be sent in standard jpeg format. If your photo needs additional editing and sizing we will be happy to do this for you, for no additional costs. If you encounter any other problems while trying to place an order please let us know.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Payment is a secure process through Pay Pal. As soon as you have completed your shopping click "pay" and you will be automatically directed to Pay Pal. The instructions listed on the Pay Pal web site are easy to follow and you do not have to have an account with Pay Pal to complete your transaction. Simply click on the "pay as a guest" button to complete your purchase.

 

Shipping

Standard Ground Shipping costs are included in the price of your purchase, to anywhere in the continental USA and Canada. If you wish to have your parcel expedited or are ordering from overseas please inquire to receive a quote for additional shipping and handling costs.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your lovelies, please let us know and we will be happy to refund your money upon receipt of the returned items. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on any SALE merchandise. Please remember that you are purchasing hand crafted jewelry - some slight imperfections are characteristic of any of the hand stamped or up-cycled vintage pieces.
